Conserves de basilic en glaçons
S'il y a bien une plante qui pour moi est synonyme de l'été, c'est le basilic ! Dès les beaux jours je guette les plants odorants dans les jardineries pour pouvoir en planter dans mes pots : basilic commun, basilic citron, basilic violet... cette plante aromatique est la star de mes salades de tomates, de mes grillades, de mes bruschettas... Pas un plat de pâtes sans le fameux pesto, pas une pizza sans quelques feuilles odorantes... Le souci avec le basilic, c'est qu'il meurt
