Poulet au citron
Une recette délicieusement parfumée, que l'on retrouve dans plusieurs pays : le poulet au citron est la base de délicieux tajines, mais également fait partie des recettes du dimanche en France. On le cuisine en morceaux, comme au Maghreb, avec des citrons confits, ou alors entier, rôti au four, avec du citron frais que l'on glisse dans le ventre de la volaille... je fais d'ailleurs aussi une délicieuse pintade au citron sur le même principe...
